The truth is, changing the way you move isn't always an easy decision. We often stick to costs, procedures or whether eventually «It's worth it.». But everyday life in our cities is changing and the need for less noise and cleaner air is becoming increasingly urgent. With the recent amendment of the programme «Moving Electric 3», this transition becomes a little more accessible for all of us, giving the time and financial support we need to take the next step.
What is applicable
The budget has grown: 6 million euros were added, so the total amount is now 66,000,000 euros. €. It's an important help not to leave applications. «in the air».
We have time: The new deadline to file your application is September 30, 2026. Of course, if the money ends sooner, the system will shut down, so the sooner you move, the better.
When did you buy? To qualify for the subsidy, the vehicle (purchase or lease) must have a date from 7 June 2025 onwards. Anything bought before that date, unfortunately, is not covered by this circle.
The limit on the value: The car you choose should not exceed 50,000 € (Lian price before tax). It's a rule that comes in to help those looking for affordable and everyday vehicles.
How much subsidy are you entitled to?
The amount of aid (Ecological Bonus) is determined by the type of vehicle and the category to which you belong:
Natural Persons: Fixed Grant 3,000 € for vehicles with LMP up to 50,000 €.
Legal Persons/Operations: 3,000 € per vehicle for LMP up to 50,000 €.
Islanding Bonus: For operations based on an island, an additional 1,000 are added € per vehicle.
Small bicycles (L1e-L4e): 20% subsidy on value, up to 700 €.
Large bicycles/tetracycles (L5e-L7e): 30% subsidy on value, up to 1,500 €.
Additional battery: Strengthen the second battery market with 150 €, if it forms part of the basic equipment.
Natural & Legal Persons: 30% of the value subsidy, with a maximum of 500 €.
Additional aid (Bonus)
The programme supports in practice the withdrawal of old vehicles and specific social groups:
1,500 € For a car.
200 € for dicyclo (L1e-L4e) or up to 750 € for larger category vehicles L (for enterprises in islands).
«Smart» Charger: Grant 400 €.
Persons with Disabilities: Extra 1,000 € for a car or 500 € for category vehicles L and bikes.
Young persons up to 29 years old: Additional 500 € for cars or vehicles L6e-L7e.
For a car: 1,000 € for 3 children and 2,000 € for more.
For bicycles or bicycles: Fixed bonus 500 €.
