The new approach to bathroom
The alternative proposed is so-called «wet rooms», i.e. single shower spaces without cabins. In them, the floor and walls are designed so that water is naturally directed towards the siphon, allowing its free flow.
The absence of dividing elements creates a sense of greater space and smoother movement within the bathroom, which is considered particularly important in modern renovations. At the same time, the overall experience becomes more «warm», reminding relaxation areas like traditional hammams.
One of the key elements of this design is the integration of a built bench into the shower zone. This bench allows the user to sit or lie down, using heat and steam, and also contributes to maintaining the temperature near the body.
At the same time, it works practically, as its light slope helps to properly run the water towards the central siphon and limits its dispersion to the rest of the floor.
Materials and aesthetics with duration
