The new reduced first offer price is set at 4,064,000 euros and eventually the band was awarded to 5.110.002 euros, i.e. 1,046.002 euros above.
The second auction concerned a 200,876,61 sq.m. field, even and buildable, which is part of a major plot of 300,134,68 sq.m. area and is located in the real estate district of the settlement of Kotili (Kazanovo) in Polykastro, Municipality of Paionia Kilkis, specifically on the 2nd km of the provincial road Sitaria – Polycastrostro.
A building complex of storage and treatment of tobacco surface 81,602 sq.m. has been erected on the field.

Η τιμή πρώτης προσφοράς είχε οριστεί σε 488.000 ευρώ, αλλά ο πλειστηριασμός ματαιώθηκε ελλείψει πλειοδοτών.
–Επτά όγδοα (7/8) εξ αδιαιρέτου ενός οικοπέδου έκτασης 114,59 τ.μ. «μετά των παραρτημάτων, παρακολουθημάτων και προσαυξημάτων του», που βρίσκεται στην Αθήνα εντός του εγκεκριμένου σχεδίου της Περιφέρειας του Δήμου Αθηναίων, στην Περιφερειακή Ενότητα Κεντρικού Τομέα Αθηνών της Περιφέρειας Αττικής και επί της οδού Κουντουριώτου αρ. 3. Η τιμή πρώτης προσφοράς είχε οριστεί σε 238.000 ευρώ, αλλά και αυτός ο πλειστηριασμός είχε την ίδια κατάληξη.
Η τελευταία φορά που ο Γιώργος Μπατατούδης είχε εμπλακεί με τους πλειστηριασμούς ήταν το 2023 για ιδιοκτησίες της ΕΡΓΑΣ ΑΤΕ σε ακίνητο επί της Λεωφόρου Αθηνών.
Η «Μπάμπης Βωβός», τα ξενοδοχεία και ο «Εσκομπάρ»
Αντίθετα, άλλαξε χέρια ιδιοκτησία της «Μπάμπης Βωβός Διεθνής Τεχνική» στο Atrina Center, τον πρώτο «πύργο» που έχτισε ο εκλιπών κατασκευαστής επί της λεωφόρου Κηφισίας.
Επισπεύδουσα ήταν η doValue και η κατάσχεση είχε γίνει για 150.000 ευρώ, που αποτελούν μέρος συνολικής οφειλής 5.125.827,71 ευρώ.
Πρόκειται για το γραφείο 6Γ του πρώτου υπογείου του Κτιρίου ΒΗΤΑ – ΠΥΡΓΟΣ, επιφάνειας 179 τ.μ. Η τιμή πρώτης προσφοράς ήταν στις 186.550 ευρώ και κατακυρώθηκε με 1 ευρώ παραπάνω στις 186.551 ευρώ.
Άγονοι κατέληξαν οι πλειστηριασμοί και για ορισμένες σημαντικές ξενοδοχειακές μονάδες, με βασικότερη το 4 αστέρων ξενοδοχείο «Famissi Eden» στην πόλη της Καλαμπάκας που βγήκε με τιμή πρώτης προσφοράς 2,73 εκατ. ευρώ.
Τέλος, σε αναστολή οδηγήθηκε ο πλειστηριασμός για παραθαλάσσια έκταση 100 στρεμμάτων περίπου, σε περιοχή της Δ. Αχαΐας, ιδιοκτησίας του Αλέξανδρου Αγγελόπουλου, του αποκαλούμενου και «Έλληνα Εσκομπάρ», ο οποίος συνελήφθη τον περασμένο Δεκέμβριο κατηγορούμενος για μεταφορά μεγάλης ποσότητας κοκαΐνης από τη Λατινική Αμερική προς την Ευρώπη.
