From Saturday tomorrow (23.5.2026) at 17:00 the electronic platform for submitting applications for participation in the 2026 Summer Camp e-EFCA, which concerns both children standard development as well as children with disabilities.
The final date for submission of applications shall be: 1 June 2026 at 23:59. The programme is aimed at children 6 to 16 years of age specific categories of insured persons and pensioners of registered entities of e-EFKA, as well as of children of the Agency. Participation is by electronic check (voucher).
Beneficiaries shall submit their application electronically and, if approved, shall receive a camp voucher.
Through voucher parents can:
- select a free camper from the participants in the program
- choose the desired camp season
- ensure the participation of their child, depending on the availability of posts
Duration of camp season
For children of standard development
- The camp season runs from: 15 June 2026 to 10 September 2026.
- A total of 5 camps are planned.
For children with disabilities
- The hospitality can take place until: 20 September 2026
- Similar periods of hospitality are foreseen, as well as an additional camp season.
Who can participate
The right to participate shall have children of insured persons and pensioners of the entities, sectors and branches of e-EFCA, in accordance with the provisions laid down, subject to basic conditions:
- have insurance capacity
- not receive a corresponding supply from another Entity for 2026.
Beneficiaries
A) Active insured persons and pensioners of the former Funds:
- Hotel Employee Insurance Fund (T.A.XY)
- Public and Community Employees Health Fund (T.Y.D.K.Y.),
- II, III and IV Regional Directorates of the former Single Personal Media Insurance Fund (E.T.A.P.M.E.)
- Single Insurance Fund for Self-employed persons – Pension Fund for Civil Works Engineers and Employers (E.T.A.-TS.M.E.E.)
- Single Insurance Fund for Self-employed persons – Pension and Health Insurance Fund (E.T.A.-TS.A.)
- Single Insurance Fund for Self-employed persons - Health Services for Lawyers of Athens (E.T.A.-T.A.)
- Single Insurance Fund for Self-employed persons – Department of Health for Lawyers of Piraeus (E.T.A.A.-T.Y.D.P.)
- Single Insurance Fund for Self-employed persons – Health Department of lawyers of Thessaloniki (E.T.A.A.-T.Y.D.T.),
- Single Insurance Fund for Self-employed persons – Legal Insurance Sector (E.T.A.-T.A.),
- Single Self-employed Insurance Fund – Contractor Insurance Fund (E.T.A.-TA.S.)
- Free Professional Insurance Agency (UC)
- Free Professional Insurance Organization - Seafarers and Tourist Agents Insurance Sector (O.A. Hey. E.-T.A.D.P.)
- Insurance Fund for Official Banks and Public Benefit Enterprises (T.A.Y.T.E.K.O.)
- Department for the Welfare of Judicial Curators (T.P.E.)
- Private Sector Welfare Fund (T.A.P.I.T.)
- persons directly retired due to the death of their parents aged 6-16 years of those Entities
B) Children entitled to insured persons and employees of the Agency with a proven disability of 67% or more.
C) Children aged 6-16 years entitled to benefits and retired employees of e-EPKA, (i.e. employees of the former IKA-ETAM, the former TYDKY Sector, the former EBRD-TAN, the former TEAEE, the former TEA-TADP, the former OGA and the employees of the TEAEP).
It is noted that the dates of start and end of camp seasons may be small deviations per camp operation, according to the operating schedule of each participating camp.
Deadline for applications
- Applications shall be submitted: up to 1 June 2026 at 23:59 p.m.
- exclusively electronically via the e-EFCA website (www.efka.gov.gr)
- using personal TAXISnet codes
Total number of seats offered
The 2026 Camp Plan provides a total of 36,000 accommodation places covering all camp seasons of the program.
How beneficiaries are selected
In the event of increased demand, applications will be automatically subdivided on the basis of:
- family situation
- of real family income from each source
- στοιχείων που προκύπτουν από το τελευταίο εκκαθαριστικό της Ανεξάρτητης Αρχής Δημοσίων Εσόδων (ΑΑΔΕ) μέσω αυτόματης διαδικασίας
Επισημαίνεται ότι για τα ωφελούμενα τέκνα με αποδεδειγμένη αναπηρία ποσοστού 67% και άνω προβλέπεται δυνατότητα κατ’ εξαίρεση ένταξης στο πρόγραμμα, ανεξαρτήτως μοριοδότησης, εφόσον οι διαθέσιμες θέσεις των συμμετεχουσών κατασκηνωτικών επιχειρήσεων επαρκούν για τη φιλοξενία τους.
Ανακοίνωση αποτελεσμάτων
Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι θα ενημερωθούν μέσω e-mail στη διεύθυνση που έχουν δηλώσει κατά την αίτηση, προκειμένου να:
- εκδώσουν
- εκτυπώσουν και
- προσκομίσουν κατά την άφιξη στην κατασκήνωση την ηλεκτρονική επιταγή συμμετοχής (voucher).
