Federal Bank President Jerome Powell and Finance Minister Scott Bessend called an emergency meeting with CEOs of major American banks on Tuesday, April 7th, about the model «Mythos» of Anthropic. The meeting was attended by the heads of Bank of America, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo. Anthropic released the new artificial intelligence model at limited capacity due to concerns that hackers could exploit its capabilities, threatening the foundations of the financial system. James Dymon warned that artificial intelligence would aggravate cybersecurity risks.

A new single financial aid programme for deaf and deaf people entered into force after the publication of the relevant Joint Ministerial Decision in the FVO. Beneficiaries are people with a disability rate of 67% or more, regardless of age, with permanent and legal residence in Greece. The application is submitted through OPECA, while the beneficiaries continue to receive the benefit without a new application. The new regulation replaces earlier schemes since 1973, at an estimated cost of EUR 5.5 million for the state budget.

NASA gradually proceeds to its plan for permanent presence on the Moon. After Artemis II's successful launch on April 1, 2026, the American space service plans to allocate $20 billion for a lunar base. However, prolonged living there poses serious health problems: chronic exposure to cosmic radiation, reduced gravity, toxic dust and psychological pressure. Scientists propose solutions such as personalized exercise, armored accommodations with lunar soil, continuous normal monitoring and artificial gravity. The goal is sustainable operation on the Moon as preparation for future manned missions to Mars.
