Completed today by the Ministry of National Economy and Finance and the Independent Public Revenue Authority additional payment of the exceptional one-off financial aid of EUR 150 per child for dependent children born from 1 January 2025 to 31 July 2026 and were not included in the first payment of the measure.
The aid was paid to 73,542 beneficiaries for 81.188 dependent children, while the total amount amounted to EUR 11,935,500.
Of these, 11,334 beneficiaries, corresponding to 21,044 dependent children, received a total of EUR 2,988,750, as during the first payment either they had not notified IBAN to the ADE a valid account number or the declared IBAN was incorrect. After being informed by the ADE and the declaration or correction of their account, the payment could be completed.
The amounts will start to appear gradually within the day on the IBAN accounts of beneficiaries.
For the determination of beneficiaries, account was taken of the forward income tax declarations submitted this year, as well as the related changes and VAT returns recorded in the Tax Register.
It is noted that 23,676 VAT remains without an IBAN declared or valid, either because an account has not been notified to the AADE or because the data declared is incorrect.
