There is no end to the adventures for Friday Luckyopoulou who continues to be punished by the administration despite its important role in disclosure the OPECEP scandal.
While Mrs. Luckyopoulou as a witness of public interest should receive additional protection, she continues to be in the eye of the cyclone despite the fact that there is and a court order which vindicates it.
At first, AADE appealed against the court decision that said, among other things, that Mrs. Luckyopoulou should be reinstated professionally and return to her position of responsibility before removing her. «illegal and abusive» the former Babasidis administration in the OPECEP, and now decided «ineligible» its application for the position of supervisor
Her lawyer, Antonis Vayanos, refers to the decision of the AADE, which is based on a photographic provision against his principal in order to avoid the application of the court decision.
At the same time questions arise the study of ACE to observe the letter of the law – as she claims that according to law the court decision should already be respected – in the case of Ms.Kurkopoulou at the time that other OPECEP executives are involved in the scandal proceedings continue to work properly in their place.
Mr. Vayanos with a press release in the media points out:
By decision of the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors ruled as ineligible the request made by Friday Luckyopoulou for a Head of Division position in the Central Office (GDELEP) from which it was unlawfully removed on 14.10.2024.
This decision is based on photographic provisions which entered into force on 1.1.2026, with the obvious purpose of excluding it, in view of its justification by the Athens Single-Member Court of First Instance (Dec. 411/2026), which in fact ruled that it was unlawful and vengeful and ordered its reposition into a post of Director.
This method is demonstrated by the following:
– Selective Exclusion: The new provisions of Article 75 of the ADE body exclude TE only from the Central Office of DGELEP, where Ms.
– Institutional Contrast: At the same time, staff of TE is allowed to be placed in positions of supervisors in Regional Directorates of the same service, as well as in positions of Chiefs of the IT Directorate of AADE.
– Lack of Objectivity: The tasks remain identical to those in the OPEKEPE, where the Regulation expressly provided for the placement of TE staff in positions of Head of Central Service Directorates.
These arrangements are another illegal act of vindictive treatment and mobbing, in violation of the institutional framework for the protection of public interest witnesses, due to the cooperation of P. Luckyopoulou with the European Public Prosecutor's Office and its role in the promotion of the OPEKEPE scandal.
P. Luckyopoulou has already taken an insult to this illegal and vindictive decision in order to restore legitimacy and meritocracy.
