The following are detailed in the communication:
ADE: Payment of EUR 20,7 million to 88,069 beneficiaries for the first refund tranche of agricultural oil EIC 2026
Today the first instalment of the Special Tax on the Consumption of Agricultural Oil for 2026 to 88,069 beneficiaries is paid for the sales invoices issued and transmitted to myDATA and the eSend of AADE, from 1 January to 31 March 2026.
The payment amount is 20,683,487,16 €.
In addition, special application is available «Refund of Farmers 2026» on the digital platform myBusiness Support of AADE.
In the application, farmers can see in detail fuel tariffs (fuel diesel) taken into account for the calculation of the EPC refund. In the special section «Payments of Litre Oil Markets», the amounts paid and the corresponding oil litres are shown.
