By joint decision of the Deputy Minister of National Economy and Finance, George Kotsira and the Governor of AADE, George Pitsilis, the time-limits for the start-up of Phase II of the digital stock movement monitoring for all enterprises shall be postponed to facilitate the fulfilment of the relevant obligations..
Phase II is now being implemented in part by dividing obligations into distinct stages, as follows:
• From 12/10/2026 procedures for loading, downloading and receiving digital monitoring and traceability of the movement of stocks shall be activated, as well as the transmission of quantitative and qualitative control data.
• From 1/1/2027 Single Species Encoding is applied, in accordance with the Combined Nomenclature (TARIC).
Up to and including the starting date of each individual obligation, the possibility of voluntary transmission of the relevant data to the myDATA digital platform is provided.
At the same time, within the next few days, the new version of the application for myDATAapp mobile devices will be available, which will incorporate the possibility of scanning and receiving documents, as well as the functionality of version 2.0.0 of the Timologio application, regarding the second phase of digital stock trafficking monitoring.
It is noted that from 1/12/2025, the obligation to issue digital documents for the handling and transmission of the data of Phase I applies.
Especially for olive-producing farmers, the start of this obligation is postponed for 12/10/2026. The transfer shall apply provided that, on receipt of the olive fruit, a quantitative receipt from the mills is issued and concerns those who do not belong to the responsible entities of the first period of application.
