From skate ramp to tourist accommodation
Before the renovation, the building was occasionally used as a warehouse, even as a ramp for skateboarding. It had no basic infrastructure, such as electricity or normal input, which made its conversion even more demanding.
Despite the difficulties, the owners chose to maintain the original character of the tower, combining the old with the new one.
