How they now steal the fuel
Modern cars are designed in a way that makes the traditional method — the known «siphon» with tube — Almost impossible. What to Watch for Drivers
In front of this threat, prevention is the best weapon. Some simple habits can significantly reduce the risk:
Where are you parked? Prefer lighted, main roads or private parking with cameras. Dark alleys and isolated spots are the ideal environment for the perpetrators.
Watch if the car «See» less fuel than normal: If the fuel index has been dropped unnecessarily, check immediately the lower part of the vehicle for traces of liquid or gasoline smell.
