RAE published in FEK on 14 April a new decision on the charges for rheumat theft, on the basis of a recommendation from the HEDNO. The offenders will pay twice the price, with the cost of 58.6 minutes per kilowatt hour for household and 57.8 minutes for non-domestic consumers. Beneficiaries of a Social Household Invoice are charged 50% extra, with categories A’, B’ and C’ paying 25,8, 35,7 and 22 minutes respectively. The management costs range from EUR 294 to EUR 662, depending on the type of supply and the replacement of a meter.

In a new decision on extra costs electricity who will pay those who commit rheumatism The energy regulatory authority has progressed on the basis of what the HEDNO proposed. The decision was published in FEK on Tuesday, April 14.
To remind you that according to the decisions of previous years, offenders will be charged the price of electricity at twice the quantities found to have been stolen. The exception is those who have joined the Social Household Invoice (CIT) charged with +50% for rheumatisation.
Thus, for this year the final charge along with the fine amounts to 56.6 minutes per kilowatt hour for domestics and 59.8 minutes for non-resident consumers who committed the particular criminal offence.
In the case of the categories of the CTO, the A’ will be charged 25.8 minutes, the B’ 35.7 minutes and the C’ 22 minutes.
At the same time, the management costs of rheumatisation are specified: The one-phase benefits of the Low Voltage are EUR 294 without a counter replacement and EUR 407 with a replacement. Accordingly, the corresponding amounts are EUR 330 and EUR 461 in three-phase HT provision. Finally, there are 365 and 662 euros in benefits from the Middle Trends.
It is worth adding that the HEDNO recently proposed changes to the Network Management Code with regard to controls and other procedures.
Among other things, it is envisaged that checks may be carried out by contractors and if it is not possible to find the User of the supply, the check shall be carried out in its absence.
Also, the findings of the rheumatosis are photographed with location, date and time recording (using image metadata). The photos are collected and kept on the Operator's digital platform until the case is finalized, and are available for inspection by the User and/or by a duly authorised representative.
Another change concerns the current regime until the debt has been settled or until the recognition of the absence of such debt has been recognised by a final court decision of a civil court or until any final court decision has been given, rejecting a lawsuit brought by the Administrator of the EDP to claim that debt.
