Money exists only if those who actually produce and follow legal procedures are paid. The money paid for the ecological schemes, according to the AADE, this year was increased compared to last year and especially for the ecological scheme of biologicals was almost double.
As reported in total for 2025 (at the June payment) an amount of EUR 440,112,266 was paid by AADE for ecological schemes. As they say this year we have an increase in the money paid. They should now answer because in previous years the money was less. If this was because of the checks who prevented them from doing checks in the previous two payments?
As regards the Agro-Type report on the need for additional payment, the HPAT argues that «care has been taken to pay for any outstanding issues, within the regulatory deadlines, with the commitment of the required resources (reserve)».
However, some problems remain with ecological schemes and especially ECO 6 (dactips, beneficial etc.) which have a large number of beneficiaries, where although the manuscripts were placed on the top of the platform, no manuscripts of the elements were entered on the lower side. This resulted in an error in the control of ADE and that the beneficiary producers were not paid without having any responsibility for it. They are now waiting for the platform to be opened to make the correction and to pay the beneficiary producers.
Still remain problems with the parcels that had been committed by control through the Expansion Monitoring System (AMS, monitoring). In the June payment we have a reduction in frozen parcels to 406,932 parcels, against 462,704 parcels which were in May 2026. A solution should also be found for these parcels.
These hours, however, there is a great deal of concern from many producers, who cannot see what payments were made by the AADE. According to the Agro-Type report, until now, the CIRRs do not know what payments have been made to producers.
For its part, the HPAT in its communication states that, by the end of the year 30/6/2026, and payments of Pillar II within the IACC, a detailed communication will be followed on the total amount of aid paid, as well as on the management of outstanding outstanding payments in the year 2025 and previous years.
However, producers, according to the HPAT, can see their payments through the Integrated Common Agricultural Policy Information System (OPSCAP) using their codes (press here).
Letter of protest to ADE
Letter, to the leadership of the YPAT, was sent by Mr. Sotiris Kollias, president of the Agricultural Cooperative of Ancient Corinth, in which he complains that he cannot be informed about the payments of the AADE.
In detail, the letter states:
«The situation with farmers' subsidies is unfortunately uncontrollable. We read, for millions who are announced to share with farmers and even more, that they will share in the next payments.
But I wonder if farmers really know exactly what the amounts they see (those who receive subsidies), their accounts and what amounts they should receive.
This is because, following the absorption of the OPECEP by the AADE, neither does the page, with the publication of payments, operate for each farmer. Now, of course, in order to be precise, not even as long as the platform was running, the publication of payments, one understood what it meant, «Basic income support for the sustainability of BISFS» or «Additional Redistributive Income Support for CRISFS Sustainability» and how the subsidy amounts are calculated.
Did they enter the account? Everything's fine. No one is looking (who can find an answer anyway) for taking what he took. Everything you get is good.
Now with ADAD «account» but «you don't get an account».
But because, as a farmer I am, I may not have the ability to understand what exactly is going on with the payments, I will raise the following issue and expect an answer from anyone who understands how the distribution of subsidies is calculated.
As I mentioned, I am a farmer, of the normal regime and I cultivate the following:
- Crop code 15 – description of olive groves – area (Ha) 2,21
- Cultivation code 38 – Horticulture description – area (Ha) 0.09
- Crop code 45,1 – description of crop other crops – area (Ha) 1,52
All the above areas are integrated into organic farming, certified for over a decade.
The following actions have been declared for the above areas in IAS 2025:
- ECO-09.01 Annual aid for the conservation of organic farming methods in Elia for the total area of 22.1 g (2.21 ha)
- ECO-09.11 Annual aid for the conservation of organic farming methods in the Small Fruit / Forest for the total area of 15.2 g (1.52 ha)
I read in FEK 3698/23.6.26 on payments for ecological schemes (ecosheme) P1-31.9: «1. Amounts of aid (in €/Ha, where 1 Ha=10 acres) of intervention P1-31.9 of ecological programmes (ecochemes) for aid year 2025, are formed in accordance with column 6 of Table 2, as follows:
Annual aid for the conservation of organic farming methods in olive oil 505 €/Ha
Annual aid for the conservation of organic farming methods in micro-fruits/forests 940 €/Ha
According to the above stated (by me in EAE 2025) and published (by EAAAT in FEK 3698/23.6.2026) I should see in my account:
For olive groves 2,21 X 505 € = 1,116,05 €
For small fruits/forests 1,52 X 940 € = 1,428,80 €
Total amount: 2,544, 85 €
But in my bank account I saw the following credits:
29/6/2026 – ADE/GDELEP – Direct aid 1,294,15 €
29/6/2026 – ADE/GDELEP – Direct aid 96,64 €
Total amount: 1.390,79 €
As indicated in the relevant FEK, the single rate of reduction in the aid amount is 0%, for action P1-31.9. So there's no reduction in the amount.
So I ask the question, to every competent or well-known person, why is the above happening? From my calculation, according to the reported (EAE 2025) and published by the Hellenic Ministry of Culture (JEC 3698/23.6.2026) are missing from my account 1.154,06 €.
Have I made a mistake in the calculation?
Is there anything wrong with the OAU 2025 statement? (I didn't get any notice of error)
Will there be another payment?
Can I get an analysis of the amounts received and the reasons for the amounts I did not receive?».
