Long story
It is developed with a focus on a real mansion, whose history begins in the 19th century, when it was built by Swiss architects. Specifically, the complex was originally built as a war tower in 1892 and rebuilt on foundations to accommodate the hotel.
The first phase of his journey lasted until World War II, during which he was destroyed.
It then took a long and painful effort to restore and operate in its present form as a hotel. The company is run by the descendants of the family Hatzigakis who built it.
The Hatzigaki Mansion is located in the village of Pertouli, Trikala Prefecture and extends to a space of 10 acres on the western slopes of Koziakas. Within the green and centuries-old fir trees are the buildings, stone corridors and a privately owned chapel, Agia Paraskevi.
As quoted on his website, «traditional architecture, discreet luxury and modern amenities have been harmoniously combined to create a familiar environment. Crisis and problems

It is worth mentioning that the hotel unit «Hatzigakis Mansion» 5 star class consists of four buildings and one chapel. The four buildings that include the hotel premises are the main building (architect), the escort building, which is connected underground to the main building, the multi-purpose building (conference building, tavern, bar-pool) and the new wing building.
The complex is characterized by strict symmetry, intense angles, simple lines and consists of the ground floor and two floors.
On the ground floor, where the cellar of the old mansion was located, the large arches and vaulted windows were preserved and the reception area was formed, which has spacious sitting rooms in front of the large fireplace, while the floor was preserved. There is also a space designed for board games, backgammon and cards.
On the upper two floors of the mansion there are 12 rooms including 8 Classic, the Manor Suite and 3 Prestige rooms.
The «Hayati» is a building (scoring) on the side of the Mansion, which was rebuilt from the beginning, in the location of the cheesehouse and the warehouses of the old mansion. Today it houses 8 spacious Garden Residence rooms and 3 Garden Residence suites. The main building of the Mansion and the Hayati are connected underground. In the semi-underground areas there is a small gym and sauna for men and women. There is also a playroom, a billiard room, a ping-pong table room and a TV.
The new wing of the hotel Archontiko Hatzigakis follows the same architectural style as the rest of the hotel buildings, as wood and stone dominates this building. In the new wing there are 10 Superior rooms, and 3 Superior suites. The decoration of the rooms of the new wing has a slightly more modern style than the rooms of other buildings, but their atmosphere is in absolute harmony with the style of the hotel.
