Fine for KAFEA TERRA
In checks In order to deal with unfair profitability, a fine of EUR 512,551 was imposed on Kafea TERRA (coffee category) to exceed the allowed Gross Profit Margin on 98 product codes.
This was announced by the Authority, while notifying that the infringement concerns the period 13/03/2026 to 03/04/2026 and consists of exceeding the allowed profit margin, in breach of the applicable legislation.
The communication emphasises that the examination of the remaining dossiers continues at an intensive pace and other cases are expected to be completed in the coming period.
