The INTRACOM HOLDINGS (parent company), recorded profits before tax € 18.7 million against € 3,4 million in 2024 formed mainly by the profit of selling its stake in AKTOR. Amount € 17.2 million is recorded in the financial statements of 2025, with a direct impact on the profitability of the parent company. After repayment of her bond loan, the Company's loan is zero. ATHENS BEACH CLUB implements an investment over € 15 million in order to restore the beach and upgrade it in a mild manner, maintaining the residential character of the area, having secured co-financing from resources of the Recovery Fund. The company's investment returns are expected within three years.

The INTRADEVELOPMENT, a company of the Group that operates in the field of real estate development and owns the participation of the Group in KEKROPS, contributes to the management of all real estate projects of the Group, while it is in the planning phase of its next operations.

The KOUFONISIA HOTEL & RESORT, he owns a 56-room hotel unit in Koufonisi and plots within a settlement, where he will develop a new investment project in real estate and tourism. The purchase of new buildings for the construction of villas for sale has been completed, while the licensing process for the development of the project is under way, which has secured co-financing from resources of the Recovery Fund for its implementation.

6.
The BANNER Estate is 100% subsidiary of the Group and owns land on the island of Mykonos, in the area of Ano Meras. Hotel Unit 3 design completed* a capacity of 125 rooms and the licensing process is under way. The company expects approval for co-financing from recovery fund resources.

The INTRACOM REAL Estate INVESTMENT Ltd., based in Cyprus, was created within 2025 with founders – shareholders 50%, the 100% subsidiary of INTRACOM HOLDINGS in Cyprus, INTRACOM OPERATIONS Ltd., and 50% of the company also located in Cyprus, controlled by 100% by Mr.G. Mundreas, GREEN HYDEPARK INVESTMENT Ltd. INTRACOM REAL Estate INVESTMENT Ltd. participates in a multi-participatory scheme to invest in real estate and manage them.
