The latest information wants the leadership of ADE to have fully understood all the dimensions on the issue and to immediately promote all the necessary solutions, both at institutional level (e.g. delimitation of responsibility of the CSRs) and on technical issues, so as to speed up the process of finalising declarations and to stop undermining the... remnants of OPECEPE.
The meetings have shown that the implementation of the new declaration (EEE 2026) is highly technical and can give spectacular results, what remains to be improved are some links (e.g. National Land Register), as well as the micro-adaptations to be made on very specific issues (transfers in heritage cases etc.). Everything is important, however, what all sides should understand is that the time of «sideways» It has been passed, everything should be done on the basis of the letter of law and the requirements of the Common Agricultural Policy and that only those who actually produce and certify their production with the relevant documents (sale invoices) will be entitled to subsidies.
More detailed and on the basis of discussions with the staff of AADE over the last two days it has been found thatsolutions and specific guidelines have been given to several IACS problems, as well as commitments have been made by the IACC for direct technical adjustments and the adoption of relevant directives and circulars.
At the same time, as part of a technical meeting on Wednesday, August 26 it was agreed to hold technical meetings on a weekly basis and to establish a systematic feedback mechanism for the operation of the application, so that the issues arising during the day-to-day use were concentrated, evaluated and treated as quickly as possible.
The meeting discussed various issues that have been identified and prevent the finalisation of EIAs such as:
- producers who died in 2026 and their ability to be submitted by the heirs;
- the acceptance of active leases when the lessee has died;
- the management and control of CECs and the matching of ownership data with the Land Register;
- cases of CECs appearing in the Land Register as «unknown owner»,
- correct the possibility of selecting the redistribution aid;
- the procedure for the registration of certified seeds and associated labels;
- the acceptance and suspension of handwritten leases;
- simplifying the necessary supporting documents and removing a number of unnecessary attachments;
- the operation of the authorisations to CSOs and their authorised users;
- improving the process of informing producers, CSDs and other authorised professionals,
- as well as the process of amending the certification of the CFD in cases of a change in corporate form.

The meeting was of a substantial and purely technical nature, as specific problems have been identified by geotechnical and user implementation, which prevent the finalisation of the Single Aid Applications.
Among other things, issues concerning:
- producers who died in 2026 and their ability to be submitted by the heirs;

The Geotechnical Chamber of Greece considers it particularly important to continue technical cooperation and direct communication with AADE and all stakeholders, emphasising that Geotechnicalians, as scientists who know the subject and at the same time are daily in practice next to the Greek farmer, have the knowledge and experience to identify the real problems of operation and propose practical solutions.
As part of its institutional role, the Geot.EU. will continue to contribute, in all possible ways, towards the creation of an IACC 2026 that will be functional, reliable and user-friendly, facilitate the work of geotechnicals and ensure the smooth and timely service of beneficiaries.
