Two important digital projects, which change the way e-EFKA operates and serves, were presented today at an event of the organization in Athens, in the presence of the Minister of Labour and Social Security, Nikis Kerameos.
This is the "New Integrated Information System (OPS) e-EFKA" and the "Digitalization of e-EFKA insurance history", interventions that bring faster procedures and direct access to insurance information.
The event was honoured by the presence of Labour and Social Security Minister, Niki Kerameos, who noted: "Today, we are launching two very important digital projects that come to "dress" the overall effort made on e-EFKA in the last seven years: the new Integrated Information System e-EFKA and the digitization of the insurance history of Greek citizens.
These two projects are joined by a common objective, which is the best service to the citizen. In whatever action we take, whatever our energy, the goal is to make the everyday life of the citizen better and, at the same time, to help the valuable human resources of e-EFKA, to do its work more effectively, to build a greater trust in the state."
The central presentation was held by the commander of e-EFKA, Dr. Alexander Varveris, stressing: "E-EFKA enters a new era of operation, more mature and essentially human-centric. The digital transformation we implement is not a simple technological upgrade, but a profound change of culture and operation, with a direct imprint on the everyday life of the citizen.
The two iconic works-pillars, the new Integrated Information System and the digitization of the insurance history, along with the continuous development of new electronic services, form a carrier simpler, faster and more reliable.
It is the beginning of a new route, where technology is not an end in itself, but a tool for better service and where the citizen is, by actions and not just words, at the centre."
New O.P.S. e-EFKA: The core of digital transformation
Σύμφωνα με σχετική ανακοίνωση, το νέο Ο.Π.Σ. ενοποιεί όλα τα βασικά πληροφοριακά συστήματα σε ένα ενιαίο, διαλειτουργικό ψηφιακό περιβάλλον και αποτελεί τον κεντρικό πυρήνα της κοινωνικής ασφάλισης.

– Αυτοματοποιημένες διαδικασίες στις συντάξεις
– Ενισχυμένος έλεγχος και διαφάνεια
– Ταχύτερη προσαρμογή σε αλλαγές
– Σύνδεση με κρίσιμους φορείς, όπως η Ανεξάρτητη Αρχή Δημοσίων Εσόδων (Α.Α.Δ.Ε.) και το ΓΕΝΙΚΟ ΕΜΠΟΡΙΚΟ ΜΗΤΡΩΟ (Γ.Ε.ΜΗ.)
Ψηφιοποίηση ιστορικού ασφάλισης e-ΕΦΚΑ: Από το χαρτί στα ψηφιακά δεδομένα
Το έργο αφορά την ψηφιοποίηση 42.708.333 σελίδων ασφαλιστικής ιστορίας τέως φορέων κύριας και επικουρικής ασφάλισης, με στόχο:
– την επιτάχυνση της απονομής συντάξεων και
– τη δημιουργία ενιαίου ψηφιακού αρχείου ασφαλιστικών δεδομένων.
Με χρήση Intelligent Document Processing (IDP):
– ψηφιοποίηση και εμπλουτισμός εγγράφων με μεταδεδομένα,
– αυτόματη εξαγωγή και επαλήθευση στοιχείων,
– ανθρώπινος έλεγχος για ακρίβεια.
Αποτέλεσμα: ταχύτερες συντάξεις, εξάλειψη γραφειοκρατικών διαδικασιών και άμεση πρόσβαση στο ασφαλιστικό ιστορικό.
Στο πλαίσιο της διαρκούς διαβούλευσης με την κοινωνία και με στόχο οι μεγάλες μεταρρυθμίσεις να σχεδιάζονται και να υλοποιούνται με ανοιχτό διάλογο, ο διοικητής του e-ΕΦΚΑ, Δρ. Αλέξανδρος Βαρβέρης, υλοποίησε ένα πανελλαδικό πρόγραμμα ενημέρωσης για το νέο Ολοκληρωμένο Πληροφοριακό Σύστημα (Ο.Π.Σ.).
Οι ενημερωτικές δράσεις, που πραγματοποιήθηκαν σε μεγάλες πόλεις της χώρας: Ηράκλειο, Λάρισα, Πάτρα, Θεσσαλονίκη και σήμερα στην Αθήνα, έφεραν στο ίδιο τραπέζι θεσμικούς φορείς, εκπροσώπους επιμελητηρίων και επαγγελματίες, οι οποίοι ενημερώθηκαν για τις νέες ψηφιακές δυνατότητες του έργου και κατέθεσαν χρήσιμες παρεμβάσεις στο πλαίσιο ενός ουσιαστικού και παραγωγικού διαλόγου.
Όπως αναφέρθηκε, τα έργα εντάσσονται στο Εθνικό Σχέδιο Ανάκαμψης και Ανθεκτικότητας “Ελλάδα 2.0”, με χρηματοδότηση της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης-Next Generation EU, επιβεβαιώνοντας τη σταθερή δέσμευση για έναν e-ΕΦΚΑ πιο σύγχρονο, πιο ψηφιακό και πιο αποτελεσματικό, με τον πολίτη στο επίκεντρο.
