NOOS is a 100% electric scooter and design follows a futuristic approach with clean lines and dynamic character. Ergonomics plays a decisive role, with a saddle at 780 mm and a flat floor that facilitates everyday use.
The equipment includes an 8-inch LCD display with 4G connectivity and smartphone application, keyless start, USB port, storage hook and practical space under the saddle; while there is a possibility to place a rear suitcase or a base cargo.

One of the elements that differentiates it is continuous connectivity, as the scooter is online via iCloud, allowing the factory to have real-time operating datath. In practice, this means that any malfunction can be detected directly and treated preventively, even by vehicle replacement if necessary.
NOOS is available in two editions, covering different needs. Η έκδοση L1e περιορίζεται στα 45 χλμ./ώρα και απευθύνεται κυρίως σε αστική χρήση και διανομές μικρής ακτίνας, ενώ η έκδοση L3 φτάνει τα 80 χλμ./ώρα προσφέροντας μεγαλύτερη ευελιξία στις μετακινήσεις. Ο ηλεκτροκινητήρας είναι τοποθετημένος στον πίσω τροχό και αποδίδει από 3 έως 5 kW, ανάλογα με την έκδοση, προσφέροντας τρία προγράμματα οδήγησης.
Ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον παρουσιάζει και η μπαταρία ελληνικής σχεδίασης, η οποία χρησιμοποιεί κυψέλες της Samsung και ζυγίζει λιγότερο από 12,5 κιλά. Η εργονομία της είναι τέτοια που θυμίζει μικρό «τσαντάκι», κάνοντας τη μεταφορά εύκολη και πρακτική. Η πλήρης φόρτιση ολοκληρώνεται σε περίπου 2 ώρες, ενώ σε wall box η φόρτιση από το 20% στο 80% μπορεί να επιτευχθεί σε μόλις 90 λεπτά.

Σε επίπεδο κόστους χρήσης, το NOOS δείχνει ξεκάθαρα τον στόχο του, καθώς η κατανάλωση των 3,3 kWh ανά 100 χιλιόμετρα μεταφράζεται σε περίπου 0,50 ευρώ για την ίδια απόσταση, καθιστώντας το μία από τις πιο οικονομικές λύσεις μετακίνησης στην κατηγορία του.
