The new CB1000GT, with the engine coming from the 2017 CBR1000RR Fireblade as also used in CB1000 Hornet and CB1000F, reaches the Greek market and once its retail price has been announced for our country.

With initial value in EUR 15,990, CB1000GT occupies the lower end of its category, namely high sport tours with a capacity in the liter and a purely asphalt orientation with 17-inch wheels. Her price, as we predicted at her first appearance, brings it almost straight with the corresponding Suzuki GSX-S1000 GX logic (€15,995), while the other proposals in the category are priced a little higher, such as Kawasaki Versys 1100 S (€16,995), or much above, like BMW S1000XR (€20,500).

Honda's pricing classifies its motorcycle under even Yamaha Tracer 9 GT of €16,200, motorcycle with a smaller engine with a significantly lower performance in the version with an equivalent level of equipment (see semi-active suspensions).

With performance 150 horses from the four cylinder in a row engine of 999cc for 229 liquid kg, CB1000GT is equipped with electronic posts Showa EERA, Inertial electronics safety systems and all the practical amenities required by the category, such as heated grill, cruise control, central stand, adjustable windscreen, and has and hard plastic bags the basic equipment.
