Fuel Pass 2026 is in full progress, with 585,000 applications submitted by Great Tuesday, of which 530,000 were approved, as announced by G.G. Digital Governance Demosthenes Anagnostopoulos. Today, Big Wednesday, applications are made for VAT that ends in 4, 5, 6 and 7. From Good Friday the platform opens for everyone until 30 April. The April-May fuel subsidy amounts to 50-60 euros for cars and 30-35 euros for motorcycles, depending on the area. The payment of applications from today will be made after Easter due to bank holidays.

G.G. Digital Governance Demosthenes Anagnostopoulos, speaking to ERT, reported that by M. Tuesday at 11.00 in the morning 585,000 applications had been submitted and 530,000 of them had been approved.
When payments
Applications submitted by M. Tuesday will be paid on Thursday. As from today M. Wednesday and then payments will be take place after Easter, due to a bank holiday.
Beneficiaries may monitor the progress of their application through the platform, with indications such as «Under control» or «Complete payment».
The subsidy amounts
Fuel Pass 2026 concerns aid for traffic fuel for the months April and May.
The grant through the digital card (Fuel Pass) is formed as follows:
For cars:
- EUR 60 for island regions
- 50 euros for the rest of Greece
For motorcycles:
- EUR 35 for island regions
- 30 euros for the rest of Greece
In case of deposit to a bank account, the amounts are reduced by EUR 10
