AKTOR records strong demand for its new shares in the context of the increase in share capital, according to the company’s announcement to investors.
In particular, the company informs that bids below EUR 11,25 per new share, which were submitted in the tender book procedure, will probably not be taken into account for the purposes of allocation.
At the same time, according to the communication, the orders received by the 21 July 2026 represent demand multiples of the number of new shares available at that price.
The combined bid concerns new, nominal, voting, intangible shares of AKTOR of nominal value EUR 0,30 each, in the context of a share capital increase with a maximum disposal price EUR 13,52 per shareOn Tuesday, the company had announced that the expected range of the sale price of new shares was now being formed between 11,25 and 12 euros per share.
The company will inform investors of any substantial development regarding the combined bid process.
