From Monday 27/7/2026 shall be operational the new Centre for Tax Procedures and Service (CHEFDE) Thessaloniki (National Resistance 33 & Plutarch, Kalamaria) and the new Tax Services (YFE) of AADE in Thessaloniki.
KEFDE of Thessaloniki
- From 27/7/2026 the responsibilities of the Conformity & Relations Departments with the taxpayers and the Register are transferred and the taxpayers of DOOU Kalamaria, Ionia Thessaloniki, Lagada and FAE Thessaloniki.
- From 1/9/2026 the above powers are transferred and the taxpayers of DOW V Thessaloniki, IV Thessaloniki, VII Thessaloniki and Ampelokipon.
- A new section is in place to implement the provisions on alternative taxation of natural persons, which is responsible for receiving and examining new applications from natural persons transferring their tax residence to Greece. Its spatial responsibility covers the entire Territory, except for the Region of Attica and the Regional Units of Andros, Kea – Kythnos and Milos of the South Aegean Region for which KEFDE of Attica remains responsible.
The taxpayers are served:
- digitally, from the Thessaloniki KEFODE, the application "My Requests" and the application "My Dates", through the myADE digital portal (myaade.gov.gr) or myADEapp,
- from the Center for Tax Administration of ADE, my1521:
- Telephone: At 1521, free of charge, Monday to Friday, 7:00 20:00.
- Digital: Through the platform my1521 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Thessaloniki Tax Services
- Dou Kalamaria is renamed 20th Tax Service and will be housed at: National Resistance 110, Phoenix Thessaloniki TK 55154.
- Dou Ionia Thessaloniki is renamed 22nd Tax Service and will be housed at: B. Georgiou 10, Thessaloniki TK 57008.
- DU Lagada is renamed 23rd Tax Service and will be housed at: Bath 14 & Lagada 5, Lagadas TK 57200.
- The operation of DOOS FAE Thessaloniki ceases.
- From 1/9/2026:
- DOW IV Thessaloniki is joined with DOW V Thessaloniki.
- DOW V Thessaloniki is renamed the 18th Tax Service and will be housed at: K.Krystallis 4, Thessaloniki TK 54002.
- DOOU VII Thessaloniki is renamed 19th Tax Service and will be housed at: Nick. Plastira 57, Thessaloniki TK 55535.
- DOOU Ampelokipon is renamed 21st Tax Service and will be housed at: Karaoli Dimitriou 13-15 & Eptanisos, Evosmos TK 56224.
Responsibilities and ways of service to SPS
- Receiving keyarithm and VAT (in cases where taxpayers choose to identify themselves with self-representation).
- Service/direction of taxpayers in the use of digital services of AADE.
- Issues relating to the immobility of vehicles (passive and two-wheel IXs), such as lifting immobilisers, transmitting licenses and signs to delete vehicles.
Taxpayers in SPS are served by appointment, digitally closed in the "My Dates" app, through the myAADE digital portal (myaade.gov.gr) or myADEapp.
It is noted that as of today, 24/7/2026, at 14:30 the four (4) DOS (Kalamaria, Ionia Thessaloniki, Lagada and FAE Thessaloniki) cease to be available in the applications "My Requests" and "My Dates".
