ADE: Deferral of tax returns
In order to facilitate taxpayers and to ensure the smooth completion of the procedure for the submission of tax returns, taking into account the relevant requests submitted by the Economic Chamber of Greece, the ATFEE and other bodies, by decision of the Governor of AADE, George Pitsilis, the final date for the submission of the tax returns of natural and legal persons tax year 2025 shall be transferred to Friday, July 24, 2026 at 23:59:59.
Considering that nearly 6,200,000 initial declarations of income tax have so far been submitted and 300,000 declarations of legal persons' income tax the remaining time is sufficient for the proper completion of the reporting process.
