Let's try to think of the near future, with energy prices soaring and with a high probability of fuelling. Not in Greece, but all over Europe. We won't only worry about the closed radiator at home. The big victim will be industry and employment. Accuracy can be transient. But closed factories do not open easily again. Europe is on the verge of a major economic and political crisis.

The rise of the far right in Germany and France is the symptoms of the disease. Europe's problem is that it has not taken advantage of the years of prosperity to build its future on solid bases. Europe believed that an economic Union was enough in itself to respond to the challenges of times. Turns out it's not like that. Proof of the complete absence of Europe from the Information Technology race. Brussels preferred to spend their money on «social actions»At the time of US and China investing in new technologies.

The biggest mistake in Europe, however, is that Germany has decided to go the way of energy dependence on Russia. And as if that were not enough, they thought we had reached an ideal world and the next thing is to limit nuclear power!

To sum up Europe's philosophy: War is forbidden, the planet is obliged to finance Europe at low interest rates and the job of politicians is to secure life by giving their voters a gift. How is this fixed? Unfortunately it's too late for tears. The war is at our door and Europe is completely unprepared.

In Greece people once believed that all problems would be solved by Europe. Economics, cultural and mainly national. Of course these expectations were denied. If Kyriakos Mitsotakis had not seen in time what is happening today and had not significantly changed our policy on national issues, at the moment the situation with Turkey would be much worse than it is. The upcoming economic crisis will touch us too. It couldn't have happened differently. Maybe we can save the far right. But the consequences of the economic crisis, no.
