Yesterday's payment of agricultural aid was less than expected and this was due to the fact that there were many findings from the audits of AADE. For example, the entire associated aid of the Protein-associated Sanodotic Legumes for the year 2025 (mainly matric and viscos) was not paid. We are talking about a sum of EUR 16.2 million.
In fact, yesterday a series of outstanding issues of 2025 were paid, but also, almost all, linked aid for plant and animal production and two of the ten Ecological Figures, the 1st and the 7th.
The payment amounted to a total of EUR 185 million, but at least EUR 240,5 million had to be paid normally. The remaining 55.5m euros were not paid due to findings from the AADE checks. In particular, the checks carried out showed in particular the following findings:
- After crossing and with myDATA data, they were found invoices containing different products from those for which aid was requested or containing smaller quantities of delivery than those required.
A typical example is the status of Proteinous Sanodotic Legumes for the year 2025. When checking the payment of this scheme, a budget of EUR 16,179,000, all cases which fell into the control sample contained ineligible or problematic documents, thus not allowing for the safe payment of the scheme at this stage.
- Failure to verify the status legal possession the land parcels, according to the data kept at the ADE.
It should be noted that those parcels excluded from payments due to their appearance as public land according to the Land Register data (error code 54350), following the entry into force of Article 100 of Law 5302/2026 (Government Gazette A’ 78/20.5.2026), will be included in the next planned payment in June 2026, provided that agricultural activity is verified in those three years 2022-2024.

– Επισημαίνεται ότι ελέγχθηκαν 5.221.950 αγροτεμάχια μέσω του Συστήματος Παρακολούθησης Εκτάσεων (AMS). Επίσης, ελέγχθηκαν 210.951 φωτογραφίες που υποβλήθηκαν μέσω της εφαρμογής Agrisnap έως και 24/3/2026, καθώς και διορθωτικές ενέργειες σε 85.000 αιτήσεις έτους 2025 έως και την πληρωμή Μαΐου.
– Πραγματοποιήθηκε επανέλεγχος σε όλα τα αγροτεμάχια των πλημμυρισμένων περιοχών του Νομού Έβρου, ανεξάρτητα από την υποβολή φωτογραφιών από τους γεωργούς.
– Παραμένουν δεσμευμένα 462.704 αγροτεμάχια, που αντιστοιχούν στο 8,86% των συνολικά ελεγμένων αγροτεμαχίων.
– Οι φωτογραφίες που υποβλήθηκαν μέσω της εφαρμογής Agrisnap και οι διορθωτικές ενέργειες που έγιναν μέσω της ΕΑΕ 2025 στο άνοιγμα από 13/05 έως και 20/05/2026 θα ληφθούν υπόψη στην πληρωμή Ιουνίου 2026, και εφόσον υπάρξει υπόλοιπο, σε επόμενες πληρωμές.
