It is estimated that in the way the application process is now being initiated and if there is no other arrhythmia, then more than 250,000 statements will be finalised by mid-month, i.e. about half the expected ones. The amount corresponding to the check advance in this case is estimated at around EUR 250 million. Obviously there is expected to be some extension for the declarations, so that the rest of them will be completed, for which there is probably no advance but a direct payment next December.

This is how the Prime Minister's commitment to an increased advance (75%) will be confirmed to those responsible farmers who manage to complete their statement. It is noted that the increase in the advance from 70 to 75% is provided for in the EU special regulation on support for farmers amid an energy crisis.
It is recalled that the Governor of AADE, George Pitsilis, is committed that a new circular will be issued immediately for the OADE, where the total of over 300 questions submitted by the KYD will be answered. A particular problem has been identified mainly in leased areas in the areas operating Land register and Kaek is requested from producers, which in many cases has not been passed into the system by the owners.

It is noted that the IACS applications and their finalization also depend on payments of the advance of Organic Agriculture and Confusio expected to take place at the end of November 2026. The advance is expected to be credited at the end of November 75% of the amount although the EU is expected to offer the option for an increased percentage (85%) as every year, but with our country never taking advantage of this opportunity. The amounts expected to be credited are:
- Confusio: EUR 9.5 million in about 11,500 producers
- Rare Tribes: EUR 12.5 million
- Biological: For the aid year 2025, the advance was around EUR 11 million and equal to 70% of public expenditure. This year the credit is expected to be larger once the issue of plant protection is resolved.
