From today at 14:00 noon and by Tuesday 26 May at 23:59 the beneficiaries, as well as the providers, will be able to submit their applications for children's camps. Public Employment Service (DYPA).

The maximum duration of stay is 15 consecutive days, including attendance and departure

Applications to the platform will be submitted for participation in «Children's accommodation program in children's camps year 2026», whose total budget is EUR 37 million.

The programme covers 70,000 cheques for children aged 6-16 and will be implemented from 15 June to 10 September for children of formal development and by 20 September for children with a disability of 50% or more.

The maximum duration of stay is 15 consecutive days, including the days of attendance and departure, while in the camps operating in the turbulent municipalities of Istiaia-Eidipsos and Madoudi-Limni-Ag. Anna of V. Evia, and also in camps of Thessaly, the stay can last up to 30 consecutive days.

Submission of applications and beneficiaries

Applications will be submitted exclusively via gov.gr with TAXISnet codes at the address HERE. Specifically, the route is: Home – Work and insurance – Camps – Public Employment Service Camp Programs (DYPA).

Beneficiaries are the parents or caregivers (advantages, guardians, etc.) of beneficiaries who are:

• workers with a dependent private-law employment relationship,

• persons insured in the e-EFKA, due to a dependent working relationship with contributions to the IMIPA unemployment sector, at any time within 12 months preceding the expiry of the deadline for submission of applications; or

• unemployed persons registered in the Digital Register seeking employment of the IMIPA, with a continuous period of unemployment on the expiry date of the deadline for submission of applications of at least three months;

who, if divorced or married, must have an income of up to EUR 16,000 or EUR 24,000 respectively, increased by EUR 5,000 per child, while, if single parents, they must have an income of up to EUR 29,000, increased by EUR 5,000 per child, after the first.

How to choose

The selection of beneficiaries is based on the aggregation of specific criteria (SMEs, single-parent, number of children, income, first-time participation in the programme or non-participating participation in the previous two programmes, due to aggregation), in an objective and transparent manner, through the Integrated Information System (IPP) of the IPP.

As noted in a communication on this subject, beneficiaries of children with a disability of 50% or more are excluded from the division, provided that the positions offered by the disabled children are sufficient to accommodate all such children, and for the first time this year the multi-year parents are excluded from the division process and participate in the programme, if they meet the conditions for participation.

It is noted that they cannot participate in the work programme and unemployed people who are subsidised for their children's participation in any other organisation's camping program for the year 2026.

Beneficiaries shall be subsidised for their children's stay in a children's camp of the IPPA provider register by providing a residence check for children's camps, which shall be in the form of a unique electronic number code.

Providers of the program are natural or legal persons governed by public or private law who conduct business and maintain in Greece a children's camp in accordance with the legislation in force. The provider register shall automatically include the suppliers of the previous year as long as they update their participation documents.
