Salaries up to EUR 1,250 and work for 12 months by the Public Employment Service

On Monday, July 27 applications for the «Special employment programme for 1,000 unemployed graduates higher education institutions (university and technological education) aged 25-54 years in Public Employment Service – D.A. A».

The aim of the programme is to address the unemployment of registered unemployed graduates of higher education on the Digital Register of Unemployment Public Employment Service (DYPA).

Who are participating in the DYPA programme

The programme is aimed at unemployed graduates Higher Educational Institutions (University and Technology Education), aged between 25 and 54, who are registered on the Digital Register of the DYPA, and have a completed Digital Individual Action Plan (SSR).

Beneficiaries will be employed in the Public Employment Service (MIPS), for a period of 12 months. Gross monthly earnings are set at EUR 1,250 for beneficiaries of University Education and EUR 1,200 for beneficiaries of Technological Education.

The deadline for submission of applications will end Tuesday, August 18th 2026 at 23:59.

The participants submit a request for participation by selecting a single training category (IP or TE), a specialty and a placement service.

The criteria for classification of beneficiaries are as follows:

  • the period of continuous registered unemployment, up to eighteen (18) months;
  • the number of minors, up to five (5) children,
  • the existence of minors of disabled persons,
  • professional experience over 12 (12) months;
  • the completion of a certified training programme, up to one (1) programme,
  • the possession of a master's degree of study, regardless of the subject matter; and
  • the individual structured interview.

The selection system shall be based on the aggregation of the above criteria, the setting of any supporting documents to be submitted, the definition of a control mechanism for such supporting documents and the scoring, classification and placement of candidates in corresponding positions using computerised software.
