Although the exact amount to be paid is still known, because the audit of the findings carried out by the competent authorities is that few are left behind.
As regards the final clearance for the floods of September 2023 (Daniel and Elias) what the Agency's managers stress is that the audit of the findings has begun and the speed of payment depends on whether producers have completed their obligation to restore the plant capital. The deadline for producers to complete the rehabilitation procedures is 30 September 2027.

It is recalled that last December the ELGA had advanced to the 60% advance of the value of the findings, so the remaining 40% is pending. The initial budget requested is EUR 35 million, but what is being transferred is that this figure may be changed depending on the course of evaluation of the findings.
The aid price
On the basis of the relevant FEK, the amount of the aid shall be determined on the basis of the individual estimates (estimation results) and the restoration check findings by the geotechnical employees of ELGA, following cross-checks with the IACC and other data from ELGA, as well as on the basis of a final estimate and serious damage. The final estimate/base value per loss severity is determined as follows:
(a) For olive trees, peanut shells and free planting figs in one hundred and sixty (160,00) euros per free planting tree for olive trees, peanut shells and fig trees and as five thousand six hundred (5,600,00) euros per acre regardless of serious damage;
(b) for densely planted olive trees EUR 60 (60,00) per tree and up to EUR 5 thousand six hundred (5,600,00) per acre regardless of the serious damage;
(c) other free planting crops in one hundred and ten (110,00) euros per free planting tree and as five thousand six hundred (5,600,00) euros per acre regardless of the serious damage;
δ) για δενδρώδεις καλλιέργειες σε παλμέτα σε πενήντα (50,00) ευρώ ανά δένδρο και ως πέντε χιλιάδες εξακόσια (5.600,00) ευρώ ανά στρέμμα ανεξαρτήτως σοβαρότητας ζημιάς,
ε) για τα αμπελοειδή σε τρεις χιλιάδες πεντακόσια (3.500,00) ευρώ ανά στρέμμα,
στ) για τα ακτινίδια σε έξι χιλιάδες διακόσια (6.200,00) ευρώ ανά στρέμμα,
ζ) για τους μικρούς καρπούς (αρώνια, βατόμουρα, γκότζι μπέρι, ιπποφαές, μύρτιλλα, σμέουρα κ.λπ.) σε τέσσερεις χιλιάδες (4.000,00) ευρώ ανά στρέμμα,
η) για τα αρωματικά φυτά σε χίλια διακόσια πενήντα (1.250,00) ευρώ ανά στρέμμα,
θ) για τη μηδική σε διακόσια (200,00) ευρώ ανά στρέμμα μηδικής που έχει υποστεί ολική καταστροφή.
Η τιµή ενίσχυσης για τους κατά κύριο επάγγελµα αγρότες και τα νοµικά πρόσωπα καθορίζεται ως εξής:
· 70% επί της τιµής βάσης για ολική καταστροφή, ήτοι για εργασίες εκριζώσεων – επαναφυτεύσεων,
· 50% επί της τιµής βάσης για µεσαίας σοβαρότητας ζηµιές, ήτοι για εργασίες κορµοτόµησης,
· 35% επί της τιµής βάσης για εργασίες κοπής πρωτογενών κλάδων,
· 35% επί της τιµής βάσης για µη παραγωγικά δέντρα, και ορίζεται ως ανώτατο ποσό επιχορήγησης ανά στρέµµα, ανεξαρτήτως σοβαρότητας ζηµιάς
Για τους µη κατά κύριο επάγγελµα αγρότες ισχύουν τα παραπάνω ποσοστά µειωµένα κατά 50%.
Απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση για τη λήψη της ενίσχυσης από κατ’ επάγγελµα αγρότες ήταν να χαρακτηρίζονται ως «κατ’ επάγγελµα» στο ΜΑΑΕ ή ως νεοεισερχόµενοι αγρότες για το έτος 2023, να έχουν υποβάλει την ΕΑΕ στο ΟΣ∆Ε για τα ζηµιωθέντα αγροτεµάχια για το έτος 2023 καθώς και για τα έτη 2025 και 2026, κατά περίπτωση, αλλά και να έχουν εκπληρώσει την υποχρέωση καταβολής της ειδικής ασφαλιστικής εισφοράς στον ΕΛΓΑ για το έτος 2023.
