It is noted that the Mr. Stournaras refused to give the information about the business plans of the servicers, when asked by the parliamentary representative of SYRIZA-PS, Nikos Pappas.
For his refusal, the TTE commander invoked supervisory rules, which caused N. Pappa's strong reaction. «Are you answering the Greek Parliament why should we see them? No one here can accept that we have no right to know. Is that how we respect our role?», said the MP of SYRIZA, and requested and «legal documentation that says we have no right to know the business plans of servicers».
Earlier N. Pappas, after referring to the recent statements by Mr. Zanias (President of the Greek Banking Association, who said that «30% of the economy is in servicers and must be restructured and done what needs to be done.»), asked the TTE commander: «What does that mean when in the fund portfolios are 300,000 business loans? Does that mean we want 100,000 liquids in the business world?».

He also recalled that SYRIZA has repeatedly requested that servicers' business plans be made public, pointing out that «We ask again, as there are guarantees from the Greek public.». He stressed that without access to these elements he created «black box» around the real intentions of companies managing loans and assets. «Isn't the House entitled to know?
