Conrad Athens The Ilisian it began its operation on 23 April 2026, the same date that in 1963 it had first opened the historic Hilton.
After the radical renovation which began in 2022, the building was transformed into a modern mixed-use destination, in which ENSOFI invested a total of over 340 million euros.

The hotel is the first appearance of Conrad Hotels & Resorts in Greece. In facilities of THE ILISIAN Apart from the hotel, private apartments, catering, wellness areas, the largest outdoor pool in Athens and the House of NYNN member club.
Conrad Athens has 278 rooms and suites. Within the year the operation of Omega Penthouse, a 350 sq.m. area with a private pool and views of the Acropolis is expected.

How much are the rooms cost in Conrad Athens The Ilisian
The accommodation prices for two persons are approximated as follows:
- Simple room: of 700€
- Deluxe with city view: of 800€
- Deluxe with pool view: from 850€
- Junior Suite: from 1,050€
- Deluxe Suite with balcony: from 1,600€
- Premier Suite with Acropolis View: from 1,750€
It is worth noting that the price may vary, upwards or downwards, depending on the period of booking.

Private dwellings and rental arrangements
The complex's residential units are divided into Conrad Residences and Waldorf Astoria Residences, with surfaces ranging from 60 to 500 sq.m. All dwellings have already been sold, with the majority of buyers being Greeks.
Two different models are provided for the exploitation of real estate:
- Conrad Residences: There is a short term lease through the hotel.
- Waldorf Astoria Residences: A different scheme is followed, with leases of at least three months and up to four times a year.
In any case, the decision to make commercial use of the residence remains at the discretion of the owner.
