Series of changes and simplifications to the myAGRO platform for the submission of the Single Aid Application (AEI) 2026 announced the Ministry of Rural Development and Food and the ADE.
In addition to changes to the deadlines for the submission of EAE 2026 and rights transfers, the communication shall include interventions concerning, inter alia, the required supporting documents and forms, the mapping and digitisation of parcels, crop and livestock declarations and technical issues identified during the operation of the system.
According to the communication, certain issues remain ongoing, including the possibility of submitting applications for deceased farmers.
The following are the following:
A. Other: Access to the system and user service
Authorizations
The problems encountered in the registration and management of authorisations were addressed as a whole so that the authorised users' access to applications could be made seamlessly.
Cooperation with CIs and accountants
Operating issues related to the use of the system were resolved by the Statement Reception Centres and accountants, ensuring that producers are properly served by the submission points.
B. Other: Simplification of supporting documents and forms
Repeal of mandatory supporting documents
The compulsory check for a series of supporting documents, which are no longer required to be submitted, has been abolished. For example, the responsible statement of the authenticity of the signature for agricultural income, Form N and Form E3 of the previous tax year, the expirational act of death, the balance and the expirational act of the land owner.
Repeal of signature and visa of genuine signature for ELGA contributions
The obligation to print, sign and visa the ELGA form has been abolished. The selection shall now be made within the application. At the same time, the production of a digital file containing the payment code (RF) for producers who choose to pay the ELGA contribution directly through an account and not through withholding the aid paid is at the end of implementation.
Form of Feeding Fees
The form was replaced by a corresponding selection within the application, without requiring printing and signing.
Digital file of the application
The production of the digital file of the application submitted was simplified, resulting in a clearer and more manageable format for the producer.
Market rates to a third party
An invoice issued to a person other than the applicant was added.
Other: Maps and digitization
Map loading speed
The delay in loading the map was detected and restored, through upgrade and further customization of the system.
Improvements in cartographic application
A set of improvements were implemented in mapping tools: Add the KAK to the search form, copy and paste CAK polygon, correct the coating control for parcels of the same producer, enable activation or deactivation of the snapping, add peaks to digitization polygons, search on the map based on the residential file and copy geometry from the respective level.
Digitalisation and ATAC control
The issue identified in digitisation control combined with ATAK was restored. At the same time, the possibility of listing the square metres relating to herds, pastures and forest areas of Form E9 was added.
Salaries
The manner in which the leases were registered has been changed so that the process responds more accurately to the details of the properties and owners.
D. Statements of crops and livestock potential
Registration of seed production data
The data from seed labels is now recorded massively, by loading Excel file.
Crop issues
The problems identified in the declaration of crops were solved in terms of additions, removals and controls on parcels.
Ecological shapes
Individual issues related to the declaration of ecological shapes were addressed, including in terms of crops and parameterization.
Moved stables
The appearance of moving stables has been restored since last year's request, so that the data is normally transferred to the new declaration.
E. Operation of the system
Conversion of definitive applications into temporary applications
The problems encountered during the conversion of finalized applications into temporary applications were solved.
Expiries after data transfer
The issues arising after the transfer of data from last year's applications, in particular as regards the type of lease, contact details and removal of objections, were restored.
F. Farmer Card
In collaboration with the banks, AADE has made available the necessary safe interoperability for the Farmer Card.
G. Issues in progress
Parameters of the application
The necessary changes have been made to the points where problems were identified in the parameters of the application. Monitoring and further improvement continue.
Submission of applications for deceased farmers
In order to address problems that had arisen in the past, with a view to facilitating heirs who have not completed their hereditary issues, the option will be given to submit the OAU 2026 on behalf of a farmer who died after 1 January 2026, since they did not apply for the transfer of basic income support rights (model F5 or F11). The relevant digital implementation is ongoing and will be completed in the next few days.
