As regards the progress of interventions in the Single Application for aid 2026, the ADE announced answers to the questions raised at the highest frequency by producers and applicants.

The replies of AADE cover the electronic leases, digitisation and declaration issues of the parcels, livestock data, aid requests, interconnection with the Authority's other applications and individual technical issues.

A. Salaries registered to ADE

Question 1. In leases with more than one lessee, the common lease recognizes only one owner. Is a new lease with a fine required?
The myAGRO application derives all the information on the leases from the Statements of Rental Information Data (ICP) of AADE. This information shall include all the lessors declared.
Where no ATAC has been declared in the ICP, the producer must register at least one ATAK in the myAGRO application. The registration of ATAKs of other co-employed persons is optional.
No modification or re-conclusion of the lease is therefore required and no obligation to pay a fine for that reason arises.

Question 2. Electronic leases of the producer do not appear in the application. Is it related to the non-exclusive acceptance of the lease?
Nope. MyAGRO shows the electronic leases that have been registered in the ICP for which no rejection has been declared, i.e. whether an explicit acceptance has been made or not.
The absence of a lease is therefore not due to its non-exclusive acceptance.
The application shall show the leases in force, in the above sense, on 31/5/2026, the date on which the parcel must be available to the producer.

Question 3. If for some reason there is no lease on myAGRO what can I do?
A manual registration of the lease in the application is provided so that the application is not delayed. No need to attach the paper lease to myAGRO application.

Question 4Manufacturer has three electronic leases, while the application draws only two.
In myAGRO only the leases concerning agricultural object are drawn and shown. Professional leases (e.g. for stable installation) are not shown in the system.
Where the rental which does not appear concerns agricultural use, the producer shall register its data manually and continue the process normally.

Question 5. The possibility of converting paper leases into electronic leases without fines is valid during POL. 1083/2017?
Yeah. The issue has already been clarified by the 29.08.2026 AADE Press Release (Here.), it is possible to register paper leases electronically without the imposition of a fine, according to POL. 1083/2017.

Question 6. How quickly are the areas from E9 updated after its amendment? Do the entire parcel require deletion and re-entry?
Changes made to E9 shall inform the myAGRO platform within one hour.
However, in declarations already temporarily stored in myAGRO, changes in E9 are not automatically incorporated into the data already recorded.
No need to delete and re-entry the entire parcel. After updating the myAGRO platform from E9, it is sufficient to delete and re-entry only property elements affected by this change.

Question 7. Where the lease of a parcel with more than one owner has been registered by the only one lessee, the second co-owner's ATAK (co-owner) is not drawn.
As stated in the answer to question 1 on the myAGRO platform, all the elements included in the ICP of AADE, including the ATACs of the co-owners, come in. If an ATAC has not been declared a co-owner, the producer may optionally supplement it in the relevant fields of myAGRO, without requiring a change in ICP.

Question 8. How are handwritten leases and cases where the origin of the title and the owner's details are not shown due to the expiry of the 2025 lease agreement?
The myAGRO platform draws all handwritten leases from last year's application (EAE 2025) and remains in force after 31/05/2026. In the event of termination of the lease and continuation of the lease with a new agreement, this must be registered on the myAGRO platform in order to make the relevant rental information available.

B. Ownership issues

Question 9. In co-ownerships, rounding when setting ownership rates allows completion of the declaration;
Yeah. The issue of rounding during the allocation of the area per co-owner has been resolved and the declaration is completed normally.

Question 10. Can parcels classified as forest in whole or in part be declared in the Land Register and recorded as Greek State?
The declaration of parcels with a forest designation shall not be prohibited by the system.
The question arises in cases where the parcel appears in the CAEC Land Register corresponding to «Public Lands» Consequently, no direct ownership or lease relationship with the producer’s VAT is apparent.
In such cases, the producer should state the reason for using the CAEC and continue the declaration process of the parcel.
It is therefore not a general exclusion of forest areas, but a specific case concerning KAUs identified as «Public Lands».

Question 11. How are parcels treated in a pending succession? Is an exception to the obligation to declare an ATAC or a CAEC due to death provided for?
No general exemption is provided for from the obligation to declare ATAC or KAU due to the death of the owner. The treatment depends on the time of death, as well as whether the parcel is declared by the heir or leased to another producer.

Case 1: Submission of EAE 2026 to the VAT of the deceased (death from 1.1.2026 onwards)
Since the owner’s date of death is within this year, i.e. from 1.1.2026 onwards, the heir may submit the 2026 EAE to the deceased’s VAT. In order to activate this possibility, the submissioner is required to appear as an heir to the Tax Register of the ADE.

Case 2: Submission of EAE 2026 by the heir (death until 31.12.2025)
If the date of death is before 1.1.2026 and the heir owns the parcel, he is obliged to declare it in E9, regardless of the stage at which the heritage acceptance process is located.

Case 3: Renting of a parcel that has been concluded before the date of death of the owner
In leased areas treatment depends on the date of death of the owner.
If death occurred from 1.1.2026 onwards, the existing lease shall be deemed to remain in force. In this case, the lessee shall choose the indication as a reason for not confirming the ATAK. «Legacy» and continues the process normally.
Instead, when the date of death is up to 31.12.2025, a new lease is required with the heirs of the area.

Question 12. Is the transfer of parcels between transferor and recipient supported?
The application does not support direct transfer of parcels between a transferor and a recipient and does not provide for the addition of a relevant function.
Each producer shall declare the parcels at its disposal (either as owned or as leased/mixed).

Question 13. In a parcel with ATAK 12345678901 can more CAK be declared?
For leased parcels a declaration of more than one CAEC corresponding to the same ATAK is allowed.
For the land used, the rule of matching an ATAK applies to a CAEC. Otherwise, E9 should be corrected correctly so that each ATAC corresponds to a specific CAEC.
It is noted that the correction of E9 by the owner for the correct matching of ATAK and KAEC does not impose a fine.

Question 14. Is a tolerance provided where the digitised area of the parcel exceeds the area of the CEC in areas of operating cadastrality?
Nope. The digitised area of the parcel should be less than or equal to the digitised area assigned to the CEC corresponding to the parcel.

Question 15. Is a tolerance provided where the digitised area of the parcel exceeds the area of the ATAK in areas outside the operating cadastral?
Nope. The digitised area of the parcel should be less than or equal to the area of the ATAK declared in the parcel.

Other: Livestock data

Question 16. I'm a moving rancher and the moving stable doesn't show. What can I do?
The myAGRO platform draws all the stables declared in the 2025 EAE. If the movement stable does not appear, it should be re-registered.

D. Requests for aid

Question 17. What action should I take if a variety eligible for linked aid does not match a variety of ELGAs?
On myAGRO platform all varieties have been matched with ELGA premium. If the requested variety is outside the available list, you should ask the specific question in my1521 in order to be evaluated.

Question 18. The data from seed tabs is recorded exclusively through Excel file. Is it possible directly to register or process existing data?
Registration is carried out massively through Excel file. The data change requires reloading of a file, which replaces the previous one.
The supporting documents and the excel may be posted later, after the finalisation of the application.

Question 19. Has the problem of registering the related aid for soybeans been resolved?
Yeah, it's resolved.

Question 20. I'm over 40. I can be deemed eligible for assistance from intervention 201 «Aid for young farmers»?
Farmers up to 40 years old may apply for the "Aid for young farmers". In addition, those who have been deemed beneficiaries since 2022 may also apply even though they have exceeded 40 years.

Question 21Are there any restrictions on the declaration of redistributive aid?
Nope. The producer may submit a request regardless of the size of its exploitation or whether it holds basic income support rights.

Question 22. Covered with a square parcel, the coating is shown without showing who owns the square parcel or who has submitted the relevant declaration.
For reasons of protection of personal data, the details of the producer who has declared the parcel do not appear in the application.
The ability to remove coatings is provided by selecting the "Resolution of coatings" tool.

Hey. Interface with myDATA and other applications

Question 23. Is there any evidence of purchase or sale with MARK not being located in myDATA?
Nope. The myAGRO platform draws all the documents listed on myDATA.

Question 24. Is there a real-time interface with myDATA?
Entries made in myDATA shall inform the myAGRO platform within two hours.

F. ATAC and CAEC issues

Question 25. Take into account the corrections and additions of parcels to E9 which take place after 31 May 2026, given the unfinished business of the Land Registry and the cases of succession?
For cases of succession see answer to a previous question.
Corrections shall be taken into account for parcels in areas with outstanding properties of the Land.

Question 26. In myAGRO are all kinds of rights drawn from E9?
Only the following types of property rights are drawn on myAGRO platform: Full ownership and profit. The right to property shall not be exercised because it concerns property without the right to use/fruit.

G. Parametric and technical issues

Question 27. Is it possible to register fertilizers in both liters and pounds?
Yeah. The registration of fertilisers is possible both in litres and in kilograms.

Question 28. EIA initialization caused an error in fields «mountain», «less-favoured», «rest» and «Title origin», with processing and storage failure. Has this matter been resolved?
Yes, it has been resolved.

Question 29. How do I register and spatially identify my own parcels in the cartographic background?
In myAGRO application part of the declaration is the digitisation of the parcel of your agricultural holding, adapted to the eligible section as shown in the cartographic background of the application, taking into account the growing/farming limits of pure plant cover for the year 2026 of each declared parcel. The origin of the holding of the declared area is then documented in accordance with the applicable legislation and No. A1161/3.8.2026 (B'4808) Decision of the Governor of the AADE on the subject «Submission of a single application for aid for a year 2026 for agricultural aid under the GSP 2023-2027».

Additional for specific cases, included in its clarifications from 15.9.2026 AAED Press Release: In order to properly capture the relevant reasons for non-identification, the myAGRO platform will allow the producer to select from a relevant list the specific reason for non-identification in order to complete the submission of the application and then check the accuracy of what the producer declares.
Self-evident conditions for the application of the minimum percentage of geospatial coating are, on the one hand, that the area of the declared KAU is equal to or greater than each digitised area on the myAGRO platform, on the other hand that this area is not declared by another producer.
Furthermore, the establishment of the minimum percentage of geospatial coating does not preclude on-the-spot or administrative checks where other risk analysis criteria indicate that the producer’s statement is not sincere.

Question 30I have greenhouses. How is their statement made?
Where the parcel of interest is declared under cover, all elements of the cover should be entered. Their statement is on the tab «Crops» → «Crop cover».

  • If the crop is under cover (heathouse), complete all the elements of the coverage with individual greenhouse characteristics according to construction (categories 01-09)
  • If the crop is without cover, select:
    Category: 00 – WITHOUT COVER
    Selection: Without Cover

II. Simplifications and Improvements

The following are issues of simplification and improvement of the EEE that have been put into consideration by the AEA, which have either been addressed or implemented.

1. Correct impression of the characterization of the parcel as «Mixed»
Energy: Under Direct Implementation. Characterisation (I) = Owner (E) = Rent, (M) = Mixed

2. Completion of implementation relating to the adaptation of the application so that it can also be declared KAU which does not yet appear in the name of the applicant due to a pending hereditary process. Energy: Implementation

3. Technical implementation for covering agricultural parcels of the same producer to allow him to make temporary storage, although there is overlap and the message becomes prohibitive only in finalisation. Energy: Implementation

4. Covered with a square parcel, the coating is indicated and given the possibility to restrict the digitization of the parcel, without being notified to whom it belongs or who has digitised the parcel.

In the event that the producer insists that he is correctly digitising his parcel, thus assuming that the digitisation of the adjacent parcel is responsible for the duplication, the implementation of an information system shall be considered so that the coating is resolved by consultation between the parties concerned.
Energy: The relevant technical implementation is being examined.

5. Other issues to be implemented immediately

  • Differentiation of management of the declaration «Cultivation Coverage» in applications with greenhouses so that the message is clearer.
  • Increase the size of supporting documents to 15MB.
  • Resolution of the problem that the ecological 31.9 does not appear in all parcels, when the relevant registration at VAT level has been selected.
  • Solving the issue by strengthening young farmers (Young).
  • Disable eligibility status for linked aid for Barley and Soft Wheat in varieties «Miscellaneous» and proposal to manage the applications that have chosen it.
  • Activating the causes of ATAC exception, the cause «Legacy»For deaths from 1.1.2026 onwards.
  • Submit applications in the name of the deceased, for deaths from 1.1.2026 onwards.
