By decision of the Board of Directors of the Independent Public Revenue Authority (ADE), published in FEK, instructions are provided for data corrections in the Single Aid Application System (APA) 2025 and the Quantity Registration System for Associated Direct Aid Schemes for the year 2025, which will be made by 27 September.
More specifically, this Decision states, inter alia:
1. Granting the possibility of correction to the following categories of farmers who have submitted a definitive Single Application for aid 2025:
a) Correction to fixed elements and/or change IBAN;
(b) registration or correction of the data of the Financial Operators of Legal Persons;
(c) registration and/or data (invoice number, order, invoice date, counterparty) for farmers who have already attached the corresponding tax documents:
– Associated income support for the cultivation of protein-producing forage legumes, other than forage soya
– Associated income support for fodder soya
– Associated income support for the cultivation of protein-producing sanodotic legumes
– Associated income support for maize cultivation
– Associated income support for durum wheat cultivation
– Associated income support for common wheat cultivation
– Associated income support for barley cultivation
– Associated income support for seed production
– Associated aid in the beef sector - Measure B (Slaughter of 11-12 months)
– Associated aid in the beef sector - Measure C (Slaughter 14-24 months)
– Special aid for cotton cultivation
(d) correction to the documentary evidence or documentary evidence records recorded in case they were not completed on the tab «Ecological Shapes», for farmers who have already attached the corresponding tax documents for actions:

registration of documents for the sale to livestock farmers for aid (support codes 194, 195, 196, 196) and for self-consumption:
– Associated income support for the cultivation of protein-producing forage legumes, other than forage soya

– Associated income support for the cultivation of protein-producing sanodotic legumes
– Associated income support for maize cultivation
information on contracts in the relevant areas of the intervention application:
– Associated income support for seed production
(g) correction on the dates of the leases (from – to) for beneficiaries with active technical notes
(h) correction to denitroisation beneficiaries for parcels integrated into the measure that have not registered irrigation elements or need to be modified to a block level
(i) addition of a request for pig welfare (M14.1) for farmers who have submitted the relevant documents and membership took place after the deadline for submission of the EAE.
2. Granting the possibility of correcting entries in the system «Quantity Listing for Associated Direct Aid Schemes» aid year 2025 (Associated Direct Aid Schemes) by the competent bodies (processors/deliveries, Rural Development and Control Departments) for the following Direct Aid interventions:
– Associated income support for maize cultivation
– Associated income support for rice cultivation
– Associated income support for seed production
– Associated income support for the cultivation of industrial tomatoes
– Associated income support for the cultivation of orange moulding
– Associated income support for the cultivation of legumes intended for human consumption
– Associated income support for the cultivation of Corinthian raisins
– Associated income support for apple cultivation
– Associated income support for the cultivation of protein crops forage legumes
– Associated income support for the cultivation of protein-producing sanodotic legumes
– Special aid for cotton cultivation
3. The system for submitting the single application for aid for the year 2025 for actions under paragraph 1 and the system «Quantity Listing for Associated Direct Aid Schemes» the year 2025 for the actions of paragraph 2 will remain open from the publication of the decision in the Government Gazette until 07.09.2026 at 23.59.
Upon completion of the operations referred to in paragraph 1 and 2, the administrative and cross-checks required for subsequent payment will follow.
