The commercial performance of T10X and T10F in Germany they move under expectations, despite the fact that it is the country with the largest Turkish community in Europe.

In September 2025 the Togg car industry, a consortium of five Turkish giants, announced the commercial journey of its two models off the border, first bound by Germany, the country with the largest Turkish community in Europe.

About 8 months later, however, the commercial performance of purely electric models T10X and T10F are lower than expected.

According to data from Germany's Federal Motor Vehicles Authority, the total number of Togg vehicles circulating on German roads since September 2025 amounts to 261, with 113 classified in the first quarter of 2026.

«The data show that the brand is still in the early stages of entry into the European market», report characteristic Turkish publications.

In Turkey, last year the brand took over the top of Sales electric cars with 39,020 vehicles.

Intense competition

In January–April 2026 sales of pure electric vehicles in Germany reached 223,867 units, with Tesla classifying 15,987 cars, when BYD is in second place with 13,825.

Togg's models start at 34,300 euros, a little lower than Tesla's (37,000 euros), but are much more expensive than BYD that allows for the acquisition of an electric car even 25,000 euros.

The Turkish manufacturer attempts to enhance the attractiveness of its products with competitive financial programs, such as zero interest rate lending options for 48 months.

T10X, a small and medium-sized SUV, was Togg's first product, to follow last year's launch of T10F, a 4,830 km long sedan.

Both obtained the maximum score from the independent security agency EuroNCAP, scoring over 95% in the area of adult passenger protection.

In the manufacturer's footage it is also available in France and Italy, while they are manufactured in Prussa in northwestern Turkey, with the company aiming for production capacity over 170,000 units.

Erdogan has supported the project with tax exemptions, free land concession, low loan costs and a guarantee for a state-owned market of 30,000 vehicles by the end of 2035.
